It is an ideal hotel, I loved new-fashioned rooms and amazing location. The breakfast options are freshly prepared and good hot with hot dishes and many options to choose from, as example. Every time in Krakow, I choose this place.

If we visit Krakow for shopping, will definitely choose this one. The rooms are fashionable and compact, have hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. The setting is wonderful and ideal, just off main train station, large shopping mall, easy walk to old town, great restaurants nearby as well as the Main Market Square.

It offers stunning location and has very good staff with various staff members.

Tbh, had a lovely stay at the town. The location was very central, perfect still near old town center. You can find Ti Amo ti Italian Bistro an easy walk to the hotel to a have lunch.

It was as expected, had a really nice stay at the town. It was reasonably priced, the hotel was spotless, and the staff were particularly helpful.

It has freshly cooked continental breakfasts and very good stuff. It is nestled in the heart of the town, a super close walk to St Florian's Church.

Location: the hotel was really close to the historic center, the Old Town square and the city's most famous sites, including St Florian's Gate. We were offered a good service.

I liked it, recommendable. The breakfast was freshly cooked and offered plenty of good food. The hotel had an excellent location just close to St Florian's Church. It was set in a nice quiet area. The airport was a 21-minute drive from the property.

The hotel was delightful and stunningly beautiful, and the staff were kind, appreciated the amazing location not far from the many restaurants and bar in the main square, and the city market which is a fun place to see locals. The venue was located in the heart of the city.
